Anyone who knows Karen knows she loves to cook! Creative by nature, she'll often take seemingly unrelated ingredients and make an elegant dish. While her busy real estate schedule doesn't allow her to cook as much as she'd like, she loves to spend a little "downtime" now and then simply creating in the kitchen.
